Information	BMX-IN-1 is a selective, irreversible inhibitor of bone marrow tyrosine kinase on chromosome X (BMX) targeting cysteine 496 (Cys496) located at the ATP-binding site, with an IC50 of 138 nM for wild-type BMX, also potently inhibits the related Brutonâ€™s tyrosine kinase (BTK) with an IC50 of 10.4 nM.
