Systematical screening of lysine succinylated substrates in various cellular pathological and physiological conditions is a fundamental mission in lysine succinylation biology.To address this, the affinity chromatography with Anti-Succinyllysine Antibody Conjugated Agarose Beads followed by MS/MS identification is viewed as the most preferable and efficient method.

With the immobilization of highly specific anti-succinyllysine antibody, the Anti-Succinyllysine Antibody Conjugated Agarose Beads selectively capture peptides/proteins bearing succinyllysine residues, but do not cross-react with the peptides/proteins bearing other structurally similar modified residues. This product has been well utilized to affinity purify peptides for global proteomic screening of lysine succinylation.
