Purpose	This product is used to cultivate fertilized eggs to blastocyst embryos. It contains inorganic salts, sugar, proteins, sodium L-lactate and other nutrients needed for the whole growth process of fertilized eggs to blastocyst embryos. There is no need to replace culture medium during embryo culture. It can also be used for short-term culture of pre implantation embryos.
Storage	The kit can be stored for 3 months at 2ca.8?C in the dark and is valid for 1 week after opening.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Using protocol	This product must be kept in a 5% CO2 incubator for balance at least 2 hours before fertilized eggs and embryo transferring the culture medium.
