cDNA Description	ORF Clone of Homo sapiens tumor necrosis factor (ligand) superfamily, member 11 DNA. This cDNA clone has gone through customized codon optimization in order to obtain high level of protein expression in particular cell lines. Therefore, although the translated amino acid sequence is identical to the amino sequence on Gene Bank, the DNA sequence is different from that on Gene Bank.
Sequence Description	It is a synthetic full-length codon optimized cDNA. A number of silent mutations were introduced into the DNA sequence in order to increase its protein expression level in mammalian cell system. The translated amino acid sequence is identical with AAC51762.1.
