Specificity	This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human CX3CL1. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
Intended use	For the quantitative determination of Human Fractalkine / CX3CL1 concentration in milk.

Sample values	10 normal human milk were evaluated for the presence of human CX3CL1. Two samples measured less than the lowest standard, 7.82 pg/mL. Eight samples measured between 65.88 and 708.59 pg/mL.
