Specificity	This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human AGT. SerpinA1 and SerpinI2 were prepared at 250 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed. Cross-reactivity was observed to be 0.81% with 250 ng/mL of recombinant human SerpinA5.
Intended use	For the quantitative determination of Human Angiotensinogen / SerpinA8 / AGT concentration in serum.
