Specificity	This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Mouse IL6ST. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.

Sample values	The average concentration of Mouse IL6ST in 10 normal Mouse serum is 146.90 +/- 14.64 ng/mL ranging from 125.13 to 174.31 ng/mL.
Interference	Preparations of the following factors at 15 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant Mouse IL6ST control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
