Bioactivity	SR 3029 is a potent and highly specific CK1delta/CK1epsilon inhibitor with the IC50 of 97 nM. SR-3029 exhibits in vitro and in vivo PK properties suitable for use in xenograft studies of human cancers, including brain cancers. Meanwhile it can also Inhibits Breast Cancer Cell Growth and Survival and impairs orthotopic breast tumor growth in vivo. In animal injection, SR-3029 (20 mg/kg daily i.p.)
