Supplied as a lyophilized powder from a 0.2um filtered solution in PBS pH 7.2. Reconstitute with 50ul of sterile ddH2O.

RANK (TRANCE-R; CD265) is the receptor for RANKL/TRANCE/OPGL. It is essential for RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis and is involved in the regulation of interactions between T cells and dendritic cells.

Human RANK (aa 29-213) is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1.

Biological Activity:
Inhibits human rhsRANKL biological functions.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
