Description
Recombinant protein corresponding to aa25~54 and aa90-110 linked by a polypeptide linker (GGGGS), (Accession # P01323), with two N-terminal Tags, His-tag and T7-tag expressed in E. coli.

Note:
Thermal stability is described by the los rate of the target protein. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation by incubating the protein at 37°C for 48h, with no obvious degradati or precipitation observed. Protein loss is <5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -70°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -70°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
