Description	Gs-DREADDs signal through the Gαs G-protein and activate neuronal signalling by increasing intracellular cAMP concentrations. There is currently one Gs-DREADD, rM3D, that was created by replacing the corresponding intracellular region of a turkey erythrocyte β-adrenergic receptor with a rat M3 muscarinic receptor.
