Storage Conditions	Lyophilized antibodies can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months from date of receipt. PBS or reconstituted antibodies can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C and long term storage aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.
Other Applications Reported In Literature	Blockade of Receptor-ligand Interaction: In a functional ELISA, 0.02-0.06 µg/mL of this antibody will block 50% of the binding of 10 ng/mL of biotinylated Recombinant Human GITRL Ligand to immobilized Recombinant Human GITRL/TNFRSF18 Fc Chimera coated at 2 µg/mL (100 µL/well). At 1 μg/mL, this antibody will block > 90% of the binding. CyTOF-ready: Ready to be labeled using established conjugation methods.
