Storage	This antibody can be stored at 2C-8C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20C to -80C. The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.

No cross-reactivity	No cross-reactivity with Human cell lysate (293 cell line) in WB and ELISA.

ELISA	This antibody can be used at 0.5-1 ug/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect HIV-GP120-His. The detection limit for HIV-GP120-His is approximately 0.078 ng/well.
Recommended WB Concentration	WB: 1-2 ug/mL
Recommended ELISA Concentration	ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/mL
