High Sensitive C-reactive protein Assay Kit is an Assay Kit by Latex Enhanced Immunoturbidimetry Method.

Based on the bottle type, product model can be classified into Hitachi 7170, Hitachi 7060, Hitachi 7020, Beckman, Toshiba, Mindray, DuPont, Innova, Siemens, KHB, Abbott, Universal types, etc.

This product is used to determine CRP content in human serum.

The CRP in the serum meets its corresponding antibody combined with latex particles in a liquid buffer to occur agglutination reaction and produce turbidity in the linear range. The turbidity is proportional to the concentration of CRP in the sample with the presence of an appropriate amount of its corresponding antibodies. Under a certain wavelength, CRP concentration in the sample can be calculated by comparing the calibrator result with same processing.

This assay kit is suitable for automatic or semi - automatic biochemical analyzer with 570nm and 800nm wavelength.

The sample should be serum ( without haemolysis). Samples testing should be completed at the same day after collected. Otherwise, the samples should be cryopreserved and avoid repeated freeze - thaw cycles. CRP in the samples remain s stable for 7 days at 2 - 8C or for 3 months at cryopreservation condition.
This kit comes with a calibrator.
