Manufacturer - Applications	Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:500-1:2000), IHC-P (1:100-1:300), IP (2-5 ug/mg lysate), IF (1:200-1:1000), ELISA (1:40000). Not yet tested in other applications.
Shipping Temperature	Gel pack with blue ice.
Storage Conditions	Stable for one year at -20C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Background	GATA1 encodes Erythroid transcription factor which belongs to the GATA family of transcription factors. Erythroid transcription factor plays an important role in erythroid development by regulating the switch of fetal hemoglobin to adult hemoglobin. Mutations in GATA1 have been associated with X-linked dyserythropoietic anemia and thrombocytopenia.
