Glia Maturation Factor-Beta, GMF-Beta, Human Recombinant is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Lyophilized GMF-B although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution GMF-beta should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: The GMF-beta protein was lyophilized after dialysis against 20mM PBS pH=7.4 and 130mM NaCl. Greater than 98.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized GMFB in sterile 18MO-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
