Storage Conditions	anti-TNFR2 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (TR75-54.7) is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long-term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Background	Tumor necrosis factor receptor II (TNF-RII) is present on most cell types and is considered to play a prominent role in stimulation by TNF-alpha. TNFRII proteins are expressed by hematopoietic cells including macrophages, neutrophils, lymphocytes, thymocytes and mast cells. It is expressed by a variety of other cell types including endothelial cells, cardiac myocytes and prostate cells
