Storage Conditions	The lyophilized antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody can be stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months from date of receipt. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for at least four weeks at 2-8°C. For long-term storage of the reconstituted antibody, aseptically aliquot into working volumes and store at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. No detectable loss of activity was observed after six months.

Other Applications Reported In Literature	Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: This antibody should give satisfactory staining results when used on frozen sections at a concentration of 2-15 µg/ml. Immunoprecipitation: Suitable for use at concentration of 3 µg/100 µg cell lysate. Immunocytochemistry: Suitable for use at concentration of 5-15 µg/mL. Neutralization:Measured by its ability to neutralize IL‑17-induced IL‑6 secretion in NIH/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblasts. Yao, Z. et al. (1995) Immunity 3:811.
