Applications	Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 55kDa band observed in Human Thymus and in lysates of cell line Jurkat and approx. 60kDa in lysates of cell line HeLa, (calculated MW of 52.9kDa according to NP_009093.1 and 54.2kDa according to NP_001161299.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1ug/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on cell line NIH3T3 for this particular batch.
