This RayPlex® kit is a cytometric bead array (CBA) that uses magnetic beads to quantitatively measure, by flow cytometry, 2 key human Alzheimer's disease biomarkers (pTau217 and pTau181). The assay has been optimized for serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant. This kit can also be used with Luminex systems.
