Reconstitution and storage	Store vial at -70C or colder. For extended storage, aliquot contents to minimize freeze/thaw cycles. Storage at -20C will be stable for three months, storage at -70C will be stable for one year.
Application info	Ready to use NCI-H460 whole cell lysate is prepared as a positive control for separation by SDS-PAGE and subsequent western blot analysis. Heat lysate to 95C for 5 minutes and rapidly cool. The recommended loading volume per lane is 2-10 ul depending on the size format of your gel.
