Subculture:

Cultures can be maintained by the addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start new cultures at 2x10^5 viable cells/mL and maintain between 1x10^5 and 1x10^6 cells/mL. Culture at 5% CO2, 37C.

Complete culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
