Description	For quantitative determination of free and total sialic acid (NANA) and evaluation of drug effects on sialic acid. Key Features: Sensitive and accurate. Use as little as 60 µ L samples. Linear detection range in 96-well plate: 5 to 1000 µ M sialic acid for colorimetric assays and 0.5 to 100 µ M for fluorimetric assays. Method: OD549nm, or FL555/585nm. Samples: Serum, plasma, saliva, milk etc. Species: All. Procedure: Assay takes 2.5 hrs. Kit size: 100 tests. Detection limit: OD, FL: 5, 0.5 µ M.
