Molecular Weight	Recombinant protein product has a calculated molecular mass of ∼20 kDa. Due to the abundant glycosylation, it migrates as approximately 20-40 kDa protein smear bands in SDS-PAGE under DTT, beta-mercaptoethanol reducing conditions.
