RuvA cooperates with RuvB to promote HJ branch migration, binds to HJ cruciform DNA and imparts an open structure. RuvA Protein, E.coli (His-SUMO) is the recombinant E. coli-derived RuvA protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-SUMO, N-6*His labeled tag.
