Supplied as a liquid in 1ml DMSO.

A cocktail of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, cysteine, serine, and metalloproteases as well as aminopeptidases. This cocktail is recommended for use with plant cell extracts. Each vial contains 200mM AEBSF, HCl, 10mM Bestatin, 3mM E-64, 2mM Leupeptin Hemisulfate, 2mM Pepstatin A, and 500mM 1, 10-Phenanthroline. 1ml is recommended for 30g of various plant tissues. Supplied with a data sheet. Note: 1set=5x1ml.

Pepstatin A: Molecular weight: 685.9, 1X2mM. Target Protease: Aspartic Proteases

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
