Reconstitution	Reconstitute with sterile H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

Application Notes	1:10, 000 dilution will yield 0.4 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories). 1:50 dilution will block 70-80% of CTLL proliferative response to 50 units of r.human IL-2. Direct ELISA, Western blot, Immuneprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, blocking T cell poroliferation.
