Reconstitution	Reconstitute with sterile H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

Application Notes	1:50 dilution will block 70-80% of CTLL proliferative response to 50 units of r.human IL-2 and will stain 70% of PHA-activated human T cells (by FACS) 10µl will stain 106 IL-2R positive cells for FACS analysis or sorting.
