Product Description	TNF alpha is an adipokine involved in systemic inflammation and is a member of a group of cytokines that stimulate the acute phase reaction. It is produced chiefly by activated macrophages (M1), although it can be produced by many other cell types such asCD4+ lymphocytes, NK cells, neutrophils, mast cells, eosinophils, and neurons.
Immunogen	Immunogen was recombinant protein. This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with the immunogen. The IgG fraction of tissue culture supernatant was purified by Protein G/A affinity chromatography.
