Dry the glass slide
Mix samples with detection antibodies (in 96-well plate)
Incubate with Sample/antibody mix (30 min at 37C, followed by washes)
Disassemble the glass slide
Scan with a gene microarray laser scanner
Perform densitometry and analysis
