It inhibits VEGFR2/3, c-Kit and PDGFRalpha with IC50 values of 6 nM/4 nM, 1 nM and 15 nM, respectively. Telatinib was developed by Bayer company to reverse chemotherapeutic multidrug resistance mediated by ABCG2 efflux transporter in vitro and in vivo.
