Description	Recombinant Human CD27 Ligand/CD70 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln39-Pro193) of Human TNFSF7/CD27 Ligand/CD70 (Accession #P32970-1) fused with a N-hFc tag at the N-terminus.
Background	CD70, also named CD27 ligand (CD27L), is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the TNF superfamily (TNFSF) and has been designated TNFSF7.? CD70 is a cytokine that binds to CD27. Plays a role in T-cell activation. Induces the proliferation of costimulated T-cells and enhances the generation of cytolytic T-cells.
Manufacturer - Cross Reactivity	Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid vortex or vigorously pipetting the protein. For long term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein or stablizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose), and aliquot the reconstituted protein solution to minimize free-thaw cycles.
