Storage	This antibody can be stored at 2C-8C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20C to -80C. ELISA	This antibody can be used at 0.5-1 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect HPV16 VLP (A virus like particle formed of 72 L1 pentamers). And it doesn't recognize denatured HPV16 L1 (the main capsid protein of HPV16, 56KD).
Recommended ELISA Concentration	ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml
