Principle of the test	The human EpCAM / TROP1 ELISA Pair Set is for the quantitative determinationof human EpCAM / TROP1. This ELISA Pair Set contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs. The Sino Biological ELISA Pair Set is a solid phase sandwich ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay). It utilizes a monoclonal antibody specific for EpCAM / TROP1 coated on a 96-well plate. Standardsand samples are added to the wells, and any EpCAM / TROP1 presentbinds to the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and a biotinylatedrabbit anti-EpCAM monoclonal antibody is then added, producing anantibody-antigen-antibody "sandwich". To produces color in proportion to theamount of EpCAM / TROP1 presentin the sample strepavidin-HRP and TMB substrate solution are loaded. Theabsorbances of the microwell are read at 450 nm.
