Molecule Mass	The recombinant human DR6/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 547 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 60.3 kDa. By SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhDR6/Fc monomer is approximately 95-100 kDa due to the glycosylation.
