Bio-Activity	1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human OSM-His (Cat: 10452-H08H) at 10 ug/ml (100 ul/well) can bind biotinylated human LIFR-His (Cat: 10628-H08H) with a linear range of 0.031-0.5 ug/ml. 2. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.5-2.5 ng/ml.
