A DNA sequence encoding the spike protein fragment (Human betacoronavirus 2c EMC/2012)(AFS88936.1)(Cys383-Lys502) was fused with the Fc region of rabbit IgG at the C-terminus.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.
1. Immobilized Spike (HCoV-EMC/2012) (Cat: 40071-V31B) at 10 ug/ml (100 ul/well) can bind biotinylated human ACE2-Fc (Cat: 10108-H02H). The EC50 of biotinylated human ACE2-Fc (Cat: 10108-H02H) is 0.04-0.06 ug/ml.
2. Immobilized Spike (HCoV-EMC/2012) (Cat: 40071-V31B) at 10 ug/ml (100 ul/well) can bind biotinylated DPP4 (Cat: 10688-HNCH). The EC50 of of biotinylated DPP4 (Cat: 10688-HNCH) is 0.10-0.16 ug/ml.
3. Immobilized Spike (HCoV-EMC/2012) (Cat: 40071-V31B) at 10 ug/ml (100 ul/well) can bind biotinylated Fc-DPP4 (Cat: 10688-H01H). The EC50 of biotinylated Fc-DPP4 (Cat: 10688-H01H) is 0.15-0.23 ug/ml.
