Bio-Activity	Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized rat IL12B (cat: 80352-R08H) at 10 ug/ml (100 ul/well) can bind biotinylated mouse IL12RB2 (Cat:50099-M08H). The EC50 of biotinylated mouse IL12RB2 (Cat:50099-M08H) is 0.6-1.5 ug/ml.
