Block	This TNFR2 neutralizing antibody can block the binding of recombinant TNFa (10602-HNAE) to its recombinant receptor TNFRII(10417-H08H).
Neutralization	The neutralization activity of TNFR2/TNFRSF1B Neutralizing Antibody is Measured by its ability to neutralize TNFR2/TNFRSF1B-mediated inhibition of cytotoxicity in the L?929 mouse fibroblast cell line. The Neutralization titer (IC50) is typically 1-3 ug/mL in the presence of 1 ug/mL Recombinant Human TNFR2/TNFRSF1B, 0.25 ng/mL Recombinant Human TNFa, and 1 ug/mL actinomycin D.
