Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized recombinant human FGFR1 (aa 311-731) (Cat:10616-H20B1) at 10 ug/ml (100 ul/well) can bind biotinylated human FGF basic (Cat:10014-HNAE) with a linear range of 0.16-2.5 ug/ml.
