Molecule Mass	The recombinant human NRG1(aa2-246?/Fc chimera is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 505 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 55.2 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 75 kDa due to glycosylation.
