Molecule Mass	The recombinant mouse TNFRSF1B/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer consists of 477 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 52.3 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, rm TNFRSF1B/Fc monomer migrates as an approximately 65 kDa band due to glycosylation.
