Description	Recombinant Human TNFSF4/OX40 ligand/CD252 Protein is produced by Human cell expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln51-Leu183) of human OX40 Ligand/TNFSF4/OX40L/CD252 (Accession #P23510) fused with a 6×His tag at the N-terminus.
Background	This protein belongs a cytokine of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. The encoded protein functions in T cell antigen-presenting cell (APC) interactions and mediates adhesion of activated T cells to endothelial cells. Polymorphisms in this gene have been associated with Sjogren's syndrome and systemic lupus erythematosus. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
